1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Daily Gadgets website and to purchases made through it.

Daily Gadgets is the trading name of Singh Retailers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

These Terms are intended to explain how our online store operates, how orders are placed and accepted, and the rights and responsibilities that apply when you purchase products from us.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under UK law.

Product images are provided to help customers understand the appearance of products. Actual colours or appearance may vary depending on the customer's device or other circumstances.

We do not guarantee that every product will remain available at all times.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the website will be stated in pounds sterling unless otherwise indicated.

We aim to display accurate prices and applicable charges. Where applicable, VAT and other mandatory charges will be reflected in the price information provided to customers.

If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error before an order is accepted, we may contact you to clarify the correct price or cancel the affected order where legally permitted.

We will not use a pricing error provision to unfairly remove a consumer's legal rights.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the displayed price, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation acknowledging the details of your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted if our ordering process states otherwise.

We may be unable to accept an order because of product availability, a genuine pricing error, payment problems, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason.

If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

6. Contract formation

The point at which a legally binding contract is formed will depend on the ordering and confirmation process used by Daily Gadgets.

The order confirmation and other contractual information provided to you will identify the products purchased, price, delivery information and other relevant details.

7. Payment

We accept card payments through our payment-processing arrangements.

Payment may be processed through Stripe and/or payment functionality provided through Shopify.

You confirm that the payment information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.

We may use reasonable measures to prevent fraud and protect customers and the business.

8. Delivery

Our standard delivery estimate is currently 6–8 days.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a particular delivery date has expressly been agreed or guaranteed.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own operations, UK warehouses or approved third-party fulfilment partners.

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels.

9. Cancellation and returns

If you are a UK consumer purchasing goods online, you may generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 2 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits statutory rights.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, your legal remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or rejection/refund.

11. Product warranties and guarantees

Where a product comes with a manufacturer's warranty, seller warranty or other guarantee, the applicable terms will be communicated with or alongside the product information where relevant.

A warranty or guarantee operates in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

12. Promotions

Discounts, promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate terms.

Any applicable eligibility requirements, expiry dates, minimum spends or product exclusions will be stated with the relevant promotion.

Promotional claims will be presented in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, content on the Daily Gadgets website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Singh Retailers Ltd or used with appropriate permission.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without appropriate permission.

14. Third-party services and links

The website may use third-party services, including payment, analytics, advertising, fulfilment and other technology providers.

Third-party websites or services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites that we do not control.
